Title Typist
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Typist to prepare and format title commitments and related documents with a high level of accuracy. This role is ideal for someone with strong typing skills who can confidently handle complex legal descriptions and data.
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00–4:30 or 8:30–5:00
This is an in-person position.Pay: $17.00–$19.00/hour (DOE)

Responsibilities:
- Type and format title commitments and related documents
- Enter complex legal descriptions, including metes and bounds
- Review documents for spelling, formatting, and accuracy
- Transcribe information from title searches, deeds, and supporting documents
- Maintain consistency and meet production deadlines
- Communicate with team members regarding corrections
- Ensure confidentiality of all information
Qualifications:
- 60+ WPM typing speed preferred with strong accuracy
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
