We’re hiring a Senior Production Superintendent to lead daily operations and long-term improvements on the production floor. This high-accountability role ensures efficiency, safety, and team success.
Senior Production Superintendent key responsibilities:
✅ Oversee production, staffing, training, and operational efficiency
✅ Lead and develop a team, ensuring accountability and performance
✅ Resolve issues in equipment, materials, and staffing proactively
✅ Manage payroll, hiring, training, and compliance
✅ Drive a culture of high standards, productivity, and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 5+ years experience or a relevant degree
✔ Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
✔ Mechanical aptitude and proficiency in MS Office
✔ Organized, results-driven, and reliable
Senior Production Superintendent Schedule & Benefits:
Mon-Thurs (11 hrs/day) + partial Fri as needed
$80K base + $24K bonus potential
