Paid out in 3 equal installments on the 30, 90, and 180-day marks. Hours: 4pm to 4amPay: $20.07 per hour + shift differentials to earn more $$ Sanitation Responsibilities:
- Certify for and operate forklift, pallet jack and walkie forklift in tight places
- Conduct CIP and COP tank verification (i.e. chemical concentrations, flow, time, and temperature)
- Communicate any food safety related issues to supervisor or managers
- Observe facility and equipment conditions to ensure in good condition and in compliance
- Perform and follow SSOPs on production tool and equipment
- Document sanitation and production checks
- Follow proper GMPs, PPEs and chemical handling practices
- Tear down production equipment for cleaning throughout facility
- Use foaming equipment and scrub facility equipment
- Understand chemical usages and purposes
- Verify equipment cleanliness after cleaning practices
- Possess strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to pay close attention to details
- Capable of following directions given, consistency is crucial to the position
- Must have proficient manual dexterity to perform routine functions
- Sanitation experience in a food production environment
- Prior food manufacturing experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Frequent bending, occasional reaching, kneeling, and squatting
- Able to lift/carry up to 40lbs; able to push/pull up to 60lbs.
