Local Monroe cheese manufacturer has an opportunity on their 3rd shift for an experienced Sanitation worker. There is a lot of variety in this Sanitation position. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong ‘team-player’ attributes and be able to successfully complete all responsibilities of this busy position. Hours: 10pm to 6:30am, + overtimePay: $19.00/hour + $2.00 shift premium Sanitation Responsibilities:
Sanitize and clean machinery, equipment, and work areas
Some packing duties – pack finished product into cartons, pails, or bags
Attach labels, stock pallets, place and remove cheese from conveyor
Move pallets of cheese and totes
Prepare supplies and labels
Complete required paperwork accurately
Sanitation Requirements:
Must have previous sanitation experience
Must have previous industrial experience
Demonstrated longevity at previous jobs
Ability to accomplish physical work; standing, stooping, bending, turning and reaching
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
