Job Description
Job Summary: In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering best in class Payments Programs to support a $1B payments services business. You will be both an innovator and a problem solver using your listening and collaboration skills to execute our Payments strategy for on-boarding new clients. Reporting to the Payments Program VP, this role requires excellent communication skills, and a strong track record of collaboration. The ideal candidate will have prior payments implementation experience, be a good communicator, a great problem solver, demonstrate the ability to work with cross functional teams and will display a desire to learn and fine tune our processes based on those learnings.

- Plan and actively execute the portfolio conversions with internal teams and external partners
- Work with Client Success and Implementation teams to build and execute the merchant services conversion and on-boarding process
- Execute the transition plan for existing accounts
- Work with our Payments partners to deliver a best-in-class experience for our clients
- Deliver feedback to Payments leaders on the performance and metrics of payments programs
- Serve as a primary escalation point for existing customers to answer questions, provide visibility, and resolve any challenges
- Execute programs with external facing payments services vendors, working with them to:
- Build working relationship and collaborative partnership to exchange information and best practices across orgs
- Ensure any vendor-related issues encountered in the sale, marketing, product integration or implementation of vendor services are being addressed
- Execute and improve the efficiency of business processes and procedures to enhance overall effectiveness
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three or more years of experience with payments services in e-commerce, retail, software or financial services industries
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the payments services ecosystem
- Experience with large scale payments platforms
- Focus and thoughtfulness on data and analytics to solve problems and experience achieving results through continuous improvement
- Experience in effectively working with multiple teams for collaboration and company-wide project delivery
- Tenacity to keep issues top of mind of relevant stakeholders and conviction to stand-by decisions
- Time management skills and ability to prioritize independently
