Job Description
One of the top 10 largest executive search firms in the healthcare industry is looking for a dynamic, skilled Remote Executive Administrator to become a part of its team.
This is a remote opportunity for a self-motivated, organized individual with experience successfully managing multiple projects and meeting competing deadlines. The chosen candidate will be proactive, communicative, and able to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment. It is vital that this person have fluid thinking and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
Working alongside a cohesive team of Executive Administrators, this individual plays a key role in the search process. Responsibilities include initiating and prompting the team to next steps in the search process; assisting in the development of the position profile and formatting and finalizing client facing documents; and scheduling interviews and travel for the sales team and their candidates, all while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

- Associate's degree and five-plus years of related experience in executive support roles
- Strong writing, verbal communication, and technology skills as well as keen attention to detail
- Detail orientation, tact, excellent organizational skills and a high degree of professionalism are essential
- Previous project management experience a plus
