Rehab Technician Customer Care Specialist
The Rehab Technician Customer Care Specialist is a Direct-Hire opportunity. In this role, you will be trained to assist both the Customer Care and Patient Care teams. In Patient Care the job supports the therapy team with beginning-to-end treatment tasks such as room and equipment care, clean up, laundry and guided exercises. In Customer Care, the job assists the Office Manager with daily office functions such as scheduling, phone calls, scanning and emails while providing quality patient services and efficient clinic function.
Hours: Between 32-40 hours/week, depending on clinic schedule
Pay: $18-$20/hour

Rehab Technician Customer Care Specialist Responsibilities:
Assist therapy team with various tasks
- Care for treatment room and gym cleanliness
- Guided exercises
- Organize new patient folders
Assist Office Manager
- Handle incoming/outgoing phone calls
- Schedule new referrals, existing patients, caller inquiries, follow up calls, etc.
- Check patients in/out
- Collect copays and other required patient payments
- Scan patient documentation
- Insurance verification
- Post patient and insurance payment
- Handle deposits
Rehab Technician Customer Care Specialist Requirements:
- Must be a team player with ability to multi-function positively and efficiently
- Working knowledge of guided exercises required
- Must have a passion for physical wellness
- Customer Service experience (healthcare field preferred – 2 yrs preferred)
- Multi-line phone experience
- Appointment scheduling experience (A2C software a plus)
- Exhibit willingness to adapt to an ever-changing environment
- Maintain confidentiality
