Quality Control Technician – 1st Shift
We have a DIRECT HIRE opportunity for an experienced Quality Control Technician at a Monticello, WI cheese packing facility. This is a 1st shift position. The Qualify Control Technician plays a vital role in ensuring adherence to procedures and protocols.
Hours: 6am to 4:30pm +OT Mon-Thurs (Friday hours as needed)
Pay: $34,560 (plus bonus pay opportunity)

Quality Control Technician Responsibilities:
Confirm proper GMPs are being followed; observe work practices
Inspect in-process and finished products
Adhere to guidelines in label compliance policy
Log and report quality information
Perform product testing
Complete pre-shipment reviews as needed
Perform equipment calibrations
Perform security and storage verifications
Assist with training
Compose, analyze and provide customers with COAs
Quality Control Technician Requirements:
Ability to prioritize and manage time
Attention to detail
Ability to follow complex instructions
Work well with minimal supervision
Basic computer and email composing skills
Some previous quality control experience required
