Cheese Production Schedule: Monday-Friday+ some Saturdays, 5am-3pm+ Overtime as needed Cheese Production Wage: $19.90 per hour, weekly pay Cheese Production Duties play a crucial role in the creation of world class cheese products: • Assisting in the production process from start to finish, including creating curd, draining, and pressing. • Packing and labeling cheese. • Perform quality control checks to ensure the cheese meets the highest quality standards. • Lifting a maximum of 50lbs. • Cleaning & Sanitation after cheese production is done.
