Are you passionate about patient care and communication? We’re currently seeing a talented Patient Registration representative!
Patient Registration work hours: Monday-Friday 7:50am-5pm
Patient Registration Pay Rate: $19-20 based on experience to start, $1 more per hour if bilingual in Spanish, weekly pay
Patient Registration Job Summary: Greet patients, assists, directs, and schedules patients and visitors. Responsible for basic administrative and office support. Assist the dentist(s), hygienist(s) and behavioral healthcare providers with clinical procedures.
Patient Registration Job Functions:

Patient Registration Job Summary: Greet patients, assists, directs, and schedules patients and visitors. Responsible for basic administrative and office support. Assist the dentist(s), hygienist(s) and behavioral healthcare providers with clinical procedures.
Patient Registration Job Functions:
- Welcomes, monitors visitor access and directs patients in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Assist patients with getting into the therapy/psychiatric services appointments as needed.
- Maintains scheduling system and follows office scheduling procedures.
- Answers incoming calls, makes calls as needed, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel.
- Assist dentists in providing direct patient care, including tending to patient comfort, including, examinations, restorations, endodontics, oral surgery, and fixed and removable prosthetics.
- Accepts and records patient payments and obtain any 3rd party billing information such as Medicaid and private insurance. Provides necessary receipts.
- Bi-lingual in Spanish and English highly preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Medical Secretary/Medical Administrative Specialist experience preferred.
- Medical/dental/behavioral health terminology preferred.
- 1-3 years of clerical or secretarial experience in a healthcare setting with strong medical/dental/ behavioral health vocabulary preferred.
