Part-Time Office Manager/Bookkeeper
Immediate need for a part-time Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join the small office of a prestigious community organization. Possible temp-to-hire opportunity. Use your experience to help with organizing the bookkeeping system. There may be interaction with club members, so excellent customer service skills are required.
Hours: 9am to 1pm, M-F, with flexibility once the workload and routine are clear
Pay: $20-$25/hour
Office Manager/Bookkeeper Duties and Requirements
- Enter and track payments
- Send statements
- Track how bills are paid – manually or electronically
- Experience with QuickBooks, ideally BillerGenie
- Self-starter who can analyze a situation and determine the best solution
- Strong customer service skills
