Part-Time Office Assistant / Customer Service Support
Hours: 20–30 hours per week
Location: Rockford, IL
We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and reliable individual to join our team! The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, a polished and professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities with a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
Greet visitors and maintain a welcoming front office environment
Assist with office projects and general administrative tasks
Manage office and breakroom supplies — track inventory and place orders as needed
Support team members with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and scheduling
Provide outstanding customer service to clients and staff alike
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Previous office or customer service experience preferred
Friendly, professional, and polished presentation
