Job Description

Packing Lead Local Shullsburg food manufacturer is hiring a Packing Lead on their 1st shift.  This is a Furst-to-Hire opportunity.  The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and will be able to “hit the ground running.”  Hours: 5am to 2:30pm + overtimePay: $18.13 to $19.16 based on experience Packing Lead Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the packaging process
  • Put product through sealer
  • Check product for quality
  • Perform process checks
  • Apply customer-specific information on packaging
  • Put product in box and palletize
  • Perform cleaning throughout shift as needed; full cleaning at end of day full
  • Use computers to scan, move, and track inventory
  • Must have prior Packaging Lead experience
