Packer – 1st Shift
Busy food manufacturer in Shullsburg is looking for a Packer to join their 1st shift. The Packer is a vital part of the team and requires flexibility to move between several lines in the production cycle.
Hours: Monday-Friday, and Saturdays as required, 5am or 6am until done
Pay: $18.25/hour
Packer Responsibilities:
- Pack, label, bag or box product
- Wrap pallet with film
- Operate a pallet jack to move product
- Visually confirm orders match up as requested, and product is boxed the correct way
Packer Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 20-40 pounds on a regular basis
- Must be able to stand throughout shift
- Ability to keep up with the line as product moves through
- Ability to read English and follow ingredient/production instructions
