FurstStaffing is currently offering full-time Packer positions at a highly respected food manufacturing facility. We are thrilled to offer these exciting positions with new pay rates! Packer Pay rates: $18 per hour for the 1st shift, $20 per hour for the 2nd shift Packerwork schedule: 1st shift works- 6am-2:30pm+ overtime2nd shift works 2:30pm-11pm +overtimeNOTE: Enjoy a weekly work schedule, depending on business demands PackerResponsibilities Include:
Packaging, weighing, labeling, quality checking, checking dates on product, down stacking of various cheese
products in pallets, moving pallets with pallet jacks.
Make boxes.
Working on fast paced line, may be dumping cheese in grinder.
Clean up.
Depending on your position and line assignments, temperatures can range from hot/humid environments to cold/frigerated temperatures. Please be prepared for either based on your dispatch information given by your account manager.
PackerRequirements Include:
Ability to stand throughout the shift
Bending, lifting, reaching above the head, stooping and twisting.
Ability to lift a up to 50 pounds
Ability to reach, bend, twist, and walk up and down stairs
