Office/Warehouse Assistant Our client is hiring an Office/Warehouse Assistant to join their team.  There is a lot of longevity with this company, and they are looking for someone who is interested in learning and growing with the company.  This is an entry-level Office/Warehouse Assistant position, with opportunity to advance as you learn the job.  The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a strong work history.   Hours: 8am to 5pm, Mon-Fri, could be flexible with hoursPay: $16.00/hour Office/Warehouse Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Handle inventory, including receiving, order filling and paperwork
  • Maintain office supplies
  • Distribute mail
  • Answer phones
  • Light office cleaning
  • Data entry into Excel
  • Filing
 Office/Warehouse Assistant Requirements:
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Strong MS Word knowledge
  • Knowledge of Quick Books a plus
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds on an occasional basis
