Job Description

Office Support – Special Project Administrator Our client is looking to add a Project Support person to their team.  This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.  The ideal candidate will have advanced MS Excel skills and be a multi-tasker who can focus on day-to-day tasks, but also take on a variety of short-term special projects.  The Project Support person must show strong initiative to troubleshoot and resource new information. Hours: 40 hours/week; select your schedule! Any 8 hours between 6am and 6pmPay: $18.00-$25.00/hour DOE Responsibilities:
  • Heavy MS Excel work. (Will be tested on Excel knowledge prior to interviewing).
  • Work on long and short-term special projects.
  • Some office support duties, such as front desk.
  • Communication with clients.
  • Review an area or project and determine how to best organize it.
Requirements:
  • Team player who can switch gears from duty to duty as needed.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Professional communication and grammar skills.
  • Strong Excel and Word knowledge.
