Job Description

We have a Furst-to-Hire Opportunity for a Packager to join the 1st shift of a leading cheese manufacturer in Monroe.  The ideal candidate will have previous industrial experience and demonstrated longevity at previous jobs.   Hours: 5am until done, Mon-Fri and every other Saturday, 5am until donePay: $19.00/hour Packaging Responsibilities:
  • Meet efficiency levels while maintaining a high-quality product
  • Feed cheese onto conveyors
  • Place product into cartons or onto pallets
  • Remove and unload packaged cheese 
  • Monitor quality cheese packaging
  • Accurately label and print coding
  • Accurately complete associated line operation paperwork while maintaining efficiencies
  • Maintain clean and organized work area
  • Weigh cheese

Packaging Requirements:
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Standards
