Shipping Coordinator (Mid-Shift)

FurstStaffing is on the hunt for a detail-driven Shipping Coordinator to keep customer orders moving smoothly out the door. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love staying organized, and enjoy coordinating with multiple teams, this could be your next great move!
Schedule:
- Mid-shift hours: 10:00am–6:00pm or 11:00am–7:00pm
- Monday–Friday
Compensation & Benefits:
- $20.00–$25.00/hour, depending on experience

What You’ll Do:
- Keep shipments accurate, on time, and on track for three manufacturing facilities
- Create Bills of Lading and packing lists using the Axis ERP system
- Coordinate daily with internal sales teams and external trucking partners
- Stay flexible and jump in on additional tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Associate’s degree preferred
- Experience working in an ERP system is a plus
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Self-motivated professional who communicates confidently with customers and vendors
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Spanish speaking/interpretation skills are a bonus
