Calibration Technician needed on 1st shift
We have an immediate need for a Calibration Technician to work at a local growing business performing calibrations on their clients’ equipment. The ideal candidate will have previous calibration experience, but they are willing to train individuals with strong math aptitude who can work with decimals. Will be traveling to different client locations. This is a Direct Hire position.
Hours: 1st shift 7:30am to 4pm
Pay: $21.00/hour

Calibration Technicians Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, repair and calibrate gage programs form customers
- Basic inspection within a manufacturing environment
- Work on new gages, Coordinate Measuring Machines, bench micrometers, force gages, bench centers, hardness testers, length standards, AMP meters, multi-meters, oscilloscopes, frequency counters, calipers, micrometers, hand tools, power supplies, resistors, dial indicators, pressure gages, scales and weights
Calibration Technicians Requirements:
- Previous calibration experience preferred, but not required
- Occasional lifting up to 70 pounds
- Knowledge of mics, calipers and basic inspection protocol
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Tool crib experience a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong math skills
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
