Medical Assistants
FurstStaffing has an opening for two Medical Assistants, working for a leader in providing in-home medical care. This is a temp-to-hire position. The Medical Assistants will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the medical office. The Medical Assistants will support the nurse practitioners and patients with tasks related to patient care management, organization, and communication.
Hours: 8am to 5pm
Pay: $18-$20/hour depending on experience

Medical Assistants
FurstStaffing has an opening for two Medical Assistants, working for a leader in providing in-home medical care. This is a temp-to-hire position. The Medical Assistants will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the medical office. The Medical Assistants will support the nurse practitioners and patients with tasks related to patient care management, organization, and communication.
Hours: 8am to 5pm

Medical Assistant Responsibilities:
Interview patients and document basic medical history
Organize and schedule appointments
Update and file medical records and insurance reports
Arrange laboratory services
Check with patients and type up patient charts
Assist during medical examinations
Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments
Medical Assistant Requirements:
Current Medical Assistant certification
Must have at least one year of medical assistant experience
EMR experience
Strong writing and verbal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle stressful situations
