Mechanical Assemblers will earn $18.00 per hour. Electrical Assemblers will earn $19.00 per hour. Reviews and increases available.
Shifts: FIRST - 5am to 1:30 or 3:30pm. 10 hours worked Monday through Thursday. Fridays are 5am to 1:30pm. Some Saturdays/Sundays available but not required. THIRD - 6pm to 2:30am or 6pm to 4:30am work Sunday through Wednesday. Thursday is 8 hours. Fridays may be worked for OT. There is a 15% shift premium for 3rd shift ($20.70 and $21.85).

What does it take to be successful in this role? Some drive, motivation and a desire to contribute. Prior manufacturing, large assembly, construction, or automotive experience is preferred. Mechanically inclined folks who can stand for a full shift, lift up to 50 lbs, and read a tape measure do well! Arriving on time and ready to work, being an engaged and safety-conscious employee with a good attitude, and the ability to see a product from start to finish in a team environment paves the road to hire!
What will Mechanical Assemblers do? They assemble fabricated metal pieces to make a large product. They operate various hand and power tools and utilize measuring devices and instrumentation. They follow written instructions and the training they have been given to ensure a high-quality product delivered on time.
What will Electrical Assemblers do? They run conduit and electrical assemblies inside the units. They do a variety of wiring including AC/DC, 480 and 240 volt wiring. They operate various hand and power tools. They read and follow blueprints and other written instructions. They complete troubleshooting steps. They communicate with their coworkers effectively and they work safely.
All Assemblers are able to work in a busy environment and assist other departments as needed. In addition, the facility can utilize those with MIG welding experience and also maintains an internal shop that orders the metal, cuts it, bends it, and welds it.
