Material Handler – First Shift
We have a Furst-to-Hire opportunity for an experienced Material Handler. The Material Handler coordinates and supports inventory by filling customer orders, filing, pallet data and transportation of product.
Hours: 8:30am to 4:30pm
Pay: $20/hour or more, DOE
Material Handler Responsibilities:
- Supervise 1-3 people
- Enter orders into system
- Create and track paperwork
- Conduct cycle counts to ensure accuracy
- Efficiently communicate with Operations, Production, Finance and other areas within the company
- Maintain inventory levels
- Facilitate movement of inventory between company locations/warehouses
- Conduct inventory reconciliation across facilities
- Assist operators on production floor as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of warehouse
Material Handler Requirements:
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Ability to document accurately
- Strong communication skills
