About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, dependable Material & Field Support Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping projects organized, materials flowing, and communication running smoothly between our office, vendors, and field crews.

What You’ll Do
Manage incoming emails and assist with phone communication as needed.
Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments through the UPS room.
Order, pick up, and maintain general office supplies.
Track warehouse stock, process weekly orders and releases, and confirm availability, pricing, and delivery timelines with vendors.
Order project materials and trim strips, release materials based on job schedules, and coordinate shipping and delivery.
Reconcile ordered versus received materials and collaborate with the bookkeeper to match packing slips to invoices.
Enter new project information into scheduling and tracking systems.
Create and update material lists, field production tracking spreadsheets, and delivery schedules.
Generate daily load sheets for the warehouse to ensure timely deliveries.
Prepare project material submittals — gathering samples, assembling documentation, tracking approvals, and maintaining organized records.

Supporting estimators and project managers in processing drawings for awarded projects.
Creating detailed job work scope spreadsheets for field teams.
Developing and placing material orders for complex projects.
Reviewing and marking up field drawings to help define installation scopes.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in construction related field
Highly organized and reliable, with strong attention to detail.
Great communicator who enjoys working with both office and field teams.
Comfortable learning new systems and managing multiple priorities.
Self-starter who takes ownership of their work and follows through.
