Help Wanted: Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team! This role is critical in ensuring equipment reliability and efficiency by performing mechanical and electrical maintenance on manufacturing and support equipment.
Maintenance Technician Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a preventative maintenance program
- Perform repairs and troubleshooting on equipment, including grading, packing, and conveying systems
- Order, inventory, and manage parts and tools
- Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Work collaboratively to improve equipment effectiveness and reduce downtime
Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum 3 years in machine maintenance which includes directly working on manufacturing machines which have automation
- Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude
- Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve equipment issues
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Maintenance Technician Schedule & Work Environment:
- Monday–Friday, 6am-2pm, with some early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Primarily a temperature-controlled environment with occasional cooler workspaces (38-45°F)
Maintenance Technician starting wage depends on experience, $25-$33 per hour + more depending on experience
