Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our client’s team on their 2nd shift. The Maintenance Technician will perform routine facilities maintenance throughout the plant and office facility. The Maintenance Technician will perform maintenance on equipment, machinery, buildings, and other related facility functions as required. The Maintenance Technician is also responsible for performing preventative maintenance on an ongoing basis.
Hours: 1:45pm to 10pm, Mon-Fri and some Saturdays
Pay: $23-$25/hour

Job Description
Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our client’s team on their 2nd shift. The Maintenance Technician will perform routine facilities maintenance throughout the plant and office facility. The Maintenance Technician will perform maintenance on equipment, machinery, buildings, and other related facility functions as required. The Maintenance Technician is also responsible for performing preventative maintenance on an ongoing basis.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
- Overall maintenance and operational manufacturing tasks
- Will do some basic welding, electrical, fabricating and mechanical work
- Will implement the preventative maintenance program
- Detect and report defective materials or conditions
- Train on routine maintenance functions
- Perform routine maintenance on building, interior and exterior
- Maintain maintenance schedule
- Must meet and maintain safety training requirements
Maintenance Technician Requirements:
- Possess good organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and initiative
- Provide good documentation and communication
- Prior maintenance experience and hands-on experience with machine breakdowns and troubleshooting problems required
- Quality experience, including final inspection and blueprint reading
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work on-call on rotating weekends
