What You’ll Be Doing:
As a key part of the production team, you will:
- Set up, program, and run Mazak CNC lathes
- Work with Mazatrol controls (preferred)
- Select and assemble proper tooling
- Maintain precision tolerances and specifications
- Adjust speeds, feeds, and cutters for peak efficiency
- Use micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and gauges to ensure accuracy
- Review setup sheets and machining sequences
- Keep machines operating at top productivity and quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of CNC lathe experience
- Strong programming ability
- Familiarity with Mazak and Mazatrol controls preferred
- Solid communication skills
- Experience with machinist tools, overhead crane operation, and basic computer use
Physical Requirements:
- Lift up to 30 lbs
- Frequent reaching and bending
- Standing and walking throughout the shift
