Machine Maintenance We have a Furst-to-Hire opportunity for a skilled Machine Maintenance professional at leading fabric manufacturing company in Rockford.  The Machine Maintenance position involves daily mechanical work, repairing or assembling equipment for the manufacture of short-cut fibers.   Hours: 7am to 3:30pm Mon-FriPay: BOE $20 - $28.00/hour Machine Maintenance Responsibilities:
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on machines and ancillary equipment
  • Run grinding machines
  • Run CNC mills and lathes
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues on manufacturing equipment, such as cutting machines
 Machine Maintenance Requirements:
  • Adept at using hand tools
  • Able to read drawings and prints
  • Able to work well independently
  • Possess basic electrical, HVAC and plumbing knowledge
 The Machine Maintenance professional will work on a variety of cutting machines (rotary and vertical), tanks for dyeing and finishing fiber, centrifugal extractors for removing water, and dryers and screeners.  If you have related experience, please apply here, or contact Elisa at 815-229-7810. #FSC
