Legal Administrative Assistant  Immediate opportunity for a Legal Administrative Assistant to work at a local, downtown Rockford law firm.   Our client is looking for someone with a legal background, who enjoys working with people.   Must have great written communication skills, as you will be sending written correspondence to clients. The Legal Administrative Assistant could be full-time or part-time.   This is a small office, with two attorneys.  
Hours: Flexible, can accommodate full or part-timePay: $20-$25/hour  Legal Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Handle correspondence with clients
  • Answer phones
  • Greet and direct clients
  • Scheduling and calendar management
  • Office management
  • Filing
  • Billing
  • Paying bills
Legal Administrative Assistant Requirements:
  • Legal background
  • Friendly, personable and professional
  • Great organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Basic IT knowledge helpful
