Inventory Analyst (1st Shift)
FurstStaffing is seeking a detail-driven Inventory Analyst to support customer-specific product lines within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you thrive on clean data, balanced systems, and making sure every unit is exactly where it should be, this is your role.
You’ll be the bridge between ERP, WMS, and customer systems—ensuring inventory visibility, transactional accuracy, and reliable reporting across production, warehousing, and distribution. Your work will directly impact operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This is a Direct Hire position.
Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $25.00–$28.00/hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do:
- Generate and maintain inventory, production, and shipment reports from ERP systems to support operations and customer needs
- Reconcile inventory balances across ERP, internal WMS, and customer WMS platforms
- Conduct inventory audits, variance analysis, and onsite true-ups at third-party warehouses
- Process shipping and receiving transactions (receipts, transfers, adjustments) with precision
- Manage customer-specific SKUs including finished goods, WIP, and raw materials
- Partner cross-functionally with Production, Warehouse, and Customer Service to resolve discrepancies quickly
- Maintain accurate item, location, and quantity data across systems
- Support documentation and reporting tied to customer service levels
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, reporting efficiency, and system alignment
What Makes You a Strong Fit:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or inventory management
(Food & beverage industry experience is a plus!) - Working knowledge of ERP and WMS systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
- Clear communicator who collaborates well across departments
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
