We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual with strong technical product knowledge to join our sales team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will manage incoming sales calls and emails, build meaningful relationships with customers, and participate in proactive prospecting campaigns. Must have sales experience in an industrial environment. Inside Sales RepresentativeESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS-
Understands and demonstrates product knowledge and keeps current with knowledge.
Understands the entire sales process.
Ability to adapt with a sense of urgency to changing demands.
Develops meaningful professional relationships with customers.
Work leads and participate in proactive prospecting campaigns by phone and email.
Act on and follow through on all leads provided by management.
Capable of handling multiple projects/priorities simultaneously.
Provide customers with quotes and proposals.
Utilize a CRM for sales and history tracking.
Accurately enter sales orders in database.
Processes return authorizations.
Travel to 3 or 4 trade shows annually is required.
Inside Sales RepresentativeKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED-
Education/Training: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience/Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office software. Strong communication skills, highly organized, detail oriented, good time management, and interpersonal skills are required.
Must have sales experience in an industrial environment.
