Inside Sales/Customer Service
Location: Monroe, WI region (on-site)
Pay: $60,000 - $80,000/year (DOE)
Schedule: Flexible within standard business hours
Join a growing team where customer service is at the heart of everything we do. In this Inside Sales/Customer Service role, you’ll play a vital role in managing client relationships, supporting sales operations, and ensuring smooth order processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers; manage inquiries, updates, and issue resolution
Enter and track sales orders, coordinating with production and logistics to ensure timely fulfillment
Assist the sales team with reports, quotes, and portal documentation
Analyze sales data and monitor trends like order fill rates and shortages
Collaborate with internal teams to align supply with customer demand
Support new customer onboarding and trade show activities
Maintain strong product knowledge and stay informed on customer account performance
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills
CRM experience preferred
Customer-first mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude
Ability to collaborate effectively across departments
