Human Resource Assistant Summary/Objective
This position provides assistance with the human resource process at all business locations. This role engages in all HR responsibilities including recruiting, onboarding, record keeping, file maintenance, training, communication, event planning, rewards and recognition, reporting and HR systems maintenance.
Human Resource Assistant Required Education and Experience
- 2+ years of HR or assistant experience.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Strong communication and computer skills (Word, Excel)
- Commitment and ability to maintain confidential information.
- Detail oriented and organized.
Human Resource Assistant Preferred Education and Experience
- Knowledge and experience in various HR functions including staffing/recruiting, communications, reporting, benefits, federal & PA state employment laws and regulations.
- Experience using ADP, Kronos, and/or Oracle HRIS.
- Bilingual (Spanish and/or French).
Human Resource Assistant starting wage depends on experience, $22-$28 per hour to start.
Human Resource Assistant work schedule is optional to work Full time or Part time!
Part-time hours would be 7am-4pm Monday-Wednesday OR
Full-time hours would be 7am-4pm Monday-Friday
