Are you passionate about technology and eager to help others solve their IT issues? Join our dynamic team as a Help Desk Technician!Help Desk Technician pay starting at $16.80 and increases with experience!
Help Desk Technician Education:
  • High school graduate or equivalent required.
  • Associate’s Degree in a computer-related discipline preferred; however, equivalent experience may substitute for education requirements.
 Help Desk Technician Experience:
    • Experience with the following: Desktop-level environments
    • Microsoft 10 and higher, Mac OS, and Linux a plus
    • Microsoft Office 365 products
Help Desk Technician required Knowledge of:
  • Multi-function devices
  • Mobile devices
  • Remote access support tools and solutions
  • Anti-virus, anti-spam, and malware solutions
  • Detection and removal of viruses and malware
  • Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
  • Networked devices
  • Active Directory
  • VOIP systems
Help Desk Technician work schedule- During training 8am-4:30pm M-Friday. Once trained hours may fluctuate to assist with covering the clinic late nights and Saturdays.
