Position Overview:As the General Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our operation, mixing the perfect set of operations, creativity, and leadership. You’ll help us build and promote a brand that’s all about community, teamwork and culture. From managing daily operations to developing new revenue streams like catering and to-go orders, you’ll be the one keeping it all in sync.
Key Responsibilities:

Brand Amplification:
- Craft and execute strategies that put our brand on the map and in the hearts of our guests.
- Be the face of our brand, promoting us at events, on social media, and in the media.
- Spin up innovative marketing campaigns and promotions that resonate with our crowd and keep them coming back for more.
Operations:
- Keep the daily operations running smoothly.
- Make sure we’re always on point with health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Own the budget, P&L, and financials—turn up the profit and keep costs down.
- Manage inventory like a pro, so we’re always stocked and ready to rock.
- Turn up the volume on revenue streams with catering, takeout, delivery, and special events.
- Hunt down new business opportunities and collaborations.
- Strategize ways to increase sales.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and lead a squad that’s as passionate about this place as you are.
- Build schedules that keep the energy high and the labor costs low.
- Create a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.
Guest Experience:
- Make sure every guest leaves happy, satisfied, and ready to rave about us.
- Handle any guest issues like a pro, turning negatives into positives.
- Develop loyalty programs and strategies that turn first-timers into lifers.

Qualifications:

You’ve been in the game before—as a General Manager or in a similar role in the restaurant/hospitality scene.
You’ve got a deep understanding of restaurant operations, budgeting, and P&L.
You’re a natural-born leader who can inspire and manage a diverse team.
You know how to build a brand and make it pop, both online and IRL.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
You’re passionate about creating unforgettable experiences for guests.
You’re tech-savvy, with knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems.
