Job Description

Front Office Support Local body shop is seeking a polite and friendly Front Office Support person to greet their clients and handle other clerical duties. Must be customer-focused and have a positive mindset.  Clients are the most important part of the business, and the Front Office Support person is key to establishing a good client relationship.  This position is vital to the company’s success.  We are looking for a quick learner who enjoys working in a busy and fast-paced office. Excellent Furst-to-Hire opportunity. Hours: 8am to 5pm, Mon-FriPay: $18/hour Front Office Support Responsibilities:
  • Face-to-face and phone interaction with customers
  • Enter information timely and accurately into computer system
  • Upkeep of customers’ files
  • Deal with insurance companies/claims
  • Order office supplies
  • Answer busy phone system, screen calls and route to appropriate personnel
 Front Office Support Requirements:
  • Great listening skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Word
  • Attention to detail
  • Possess good organizational skills
  • Team player
  • Strong and accurate data entry skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure; ability to work with frequent interruptions
  • Great customer service skills and ability to put the customer first
  • Demonstrate a professional and kind demeanor
