We’re hiring a Material Handler (Raw Materials) to support our Distribution Department by ensuring raw materials are accurately staged and delivered to production lines on time. You'll be a key player in maintaining inventory accuracy and production flow. This is a Direct Hire position.
Shift: 1st shift 5am–3pm Monday-Thursday
Pay: $17-$19/hr + Weekly KPI Bonus up to $2/hr

Key Responsibilities:
Stage and transport raw materials per shop orders
Ensure FIFO compliance and accurate documentation
Communicate shortages and verify materials
Operate forklifts/pallet jacks (certification a plus)
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Qualifications:
1–2 years of warehouse/material handling experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and time management
Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Basic computer/data entry skills
