Our client has a need for a Floater to work between the Paint Line and Packing areas. This combined position involves physical, hands-on work in a fast-paced environment. You will move between both areas during your shift. This is your opportunity to work in a fantastic facility with fantastic people. This is a Furst-to-Hire position.
Hours: M-F, 6am to 3pm, plus 2-3 Saturdays/month from 6am to 11am
Pay: $15.50
Paint Line Duties:
- Load and unload products on the paint line; repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs
- Inspect painted products, identify defects, and ensure quality
- Handle finished materials, prepare inventory tags, and back up the Group Leader as needed
Packer Duties:
- Identify and package parts into complete units
- Build skids, secure shipments, and prepare products for shipping
- Use hand tools, nail guns, and other equipment
Paint Line/Packer Requirements:
- Able to lift 10–50 lbs. regularly
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in a related manufacturing industry
