Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $19-$20/hour (DOE)

What You Will Do:
BOM & Data Management
Enter and maintain unique part numbers, hardware specifications, and Bills of Materials (BOM). Ensure accurate costing and labor tracking within Lotus/IBM (MRP) and OpenPro databases.
MRP System Coordination
Manage and update the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system to ensure alignment between engineering designs and production needs.
Document Control & ECNs
Maintain engineering documentation and Engineering Change Notices (ECNs). Ensure drawings, BOMs, and technical data sheets remain accurate and synchronized.
Technical Documentation
Create and maintain installation guides and user manuals using Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, and Microsoft Word.
Engineering & Departmental Support
Print and plot large-format drawings and manuals, coordinate digital distribution of technical documents, archive project files, support engineers, and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Bring:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
MRP experience preferred.
Strong communication skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Strong time management and interpersonal skills.
