Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of desktop-level environments and supporting various devices and systems. Desktop Support Technician: Pay starting at $18.98 and increases with experience Desktop Support Technician Education:
  • High school graduate or equivalent required.
  • Associate’s degree in a computer-related discipline; however, equivalent experience may substitute for education requirements.
 Desktop Support Technician Experience:
  • Experience with the following: Desktop-level environments
  • CompTIA A+ certification
  • Current Windows Desktop OS certification
  • Familiarity with network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), switch port configurations
  • Microsoft 10 and higher, Mac OS, and Linux a plus
  • Microsoft Office 365 products
Desktop Support Technician Knowledge of:
  • Multi-function devices
  • Mobile devices
  • Remote access support tools and solutions
  • Anti-virus, anti-spam, and malware solutions
  • Detection and removal of viruses and malware
  • Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
  • Networked devices
  • Active Directory
  • VOIP systems
 Desktop Support Technician work hours- During training they will be working 8am-4:30pm Monday through Friday. Once trained hours may fluctuate to assist with covering our clinic late nights and Saturdays.
