Help Wanted: Defect Technician needed with Mechanical Aptitude! Are you a hands-on problem-solver with a knack for mechanics and technology? We’re seeking a motivated individual to join our team in a physically active role that requires movement throughout the shift. Candidates with experience in manufacturing or machine shops are preferred. Defect Technician Key Qualifications:- Mechanical aptitude and technical skills- Experience reading technical drawings and using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers)- Strong attention to detail for identifying quality concerns- Analytical skills for interpreting data and making informed decisions- Clear communication with colleagues and clients- Effective problem-solving in challenging situations- Ability to collaborate in team-based technical projects
Defect Technician will work 2nd shift, 3 pm – 11 pm
