This Customer Service position is responsible for processing customers' orders. Receive, investigate and respond to all customer inquiries regarding shipments, invoicing discrepancies, products and complaints.
Customer Service Duties & Responsibilities: -Communicate with inter-company personnel and customers via phone or other means of technology concerning orders, returns, shipments and products. -Receive and enter customer orders according to established departments policies and procedures ensuring accuracy and timelines. -Support the achievement of quality performance consistent with customer expectation, company standards and regulatory requirements. -Prepare customer reports as needed. -Maintain customers account file maintenance. -Verify orders with customers to ensure accuracy. -Handle difficult and unsatisfied customers in a professional manner. -Communicate with plant personnel to ensure customer satisfaction. -Focused selling of new and continual products. -Building relationships with outside sales team and ensure optimal customer satisfaction. -Perform other duties as assigned.
Customer Service Skills & Requirements: -Must have minimally two years customer service experience. -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) -Must possess excellent telephone etiquette -Must have proficient skills with Microsoft Office Software applications. -Must have excellent data entry skills. -Must be willing to work flexible hours. -Must be able to verbally communicate, understand and write in the English Language
Customer Service work hours-1st shift, 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday, some weekends as needed Customer Service starting wage is $16.48-17.10-Depending on experience
