Customer Service Associate
Our client, located in DeKalb, is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join their team on a Furst-to-Hire basis. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service experience and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of orders and data entry.
Hours: 9am to 5pm
Pay: $20-$24/hour DOE
Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:
- Provide product information, production scheduling and shipping information to customers
- Coordinate with production to determine shipping schedule
- Interface with outbound freight companies to ensure seamless delivery of products
- Compile and distribute sales reports
- Assist with the return material authorization (RMA) process for customer-returned products
Customer Service Associate Requirements:
- Associates degree preferred
- Experience performing transactions in an ERP environment preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication
- Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to exhibit confidence and professionalism when dealing with external parties
