We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC OD Grinder Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating and setting up CNC OD Grinders, with a keen eye for detail and precision. This role is crucial for maintaining the high-quality standards of our production line.
CNC OD Grinder Operator Responsibilities:
- Operate and set up CNC OD Grinders to produce parts according to specifications.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and adherence to tolerances.
- Make necessary adjustments to the grinder to maintain proper functioning and meet product specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure they meet required tolerances and quality standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders to determine product specifications and tooling instructions.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Maintain accurate production records and logs.
CNC OD Grinder Operator Requirements:
- Proven experience in operating CNC OD Grinders.
- Strong understanding of machine operations, adjustments, and maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficient in using precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
CNC OD Grinder Operator starting wage is $37-46k depending on experience
CNC OD Grinder Operator will work 2nd shift 3pm-11:30pm, Monday-Friday +overtime
