CNC Mazak Milling Machinist / Programmer – Direct Hire

Schedule: 1st shift, Four 10 hour days-enjoy a 3 day weekend
Pay: $25.00–$35.00 per hour, depending on experience

What You’ll Do:
Set up, program, and operate Mazak CNC milling machine centers
Select proper tooling and assemble cutting tools as required
Produce parts that meet strict tolerances and specifications
Optimize machine productivity and maintain high-quality standards
Edit existing programs and create new ones as needed
Review and maintain setup sheets, machining sequences, and dimensions
Measure finished work using micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and gauges
Adjust speeds, feeds, and tooling to maximize efficiency
Maintain a clean and organized work area
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience setting up and programming Mazak CNC milling machines
Strong understanding of tooling, tolerances, and precision measurement
Ability to read and interpret setup sheets and technical specifications
Commitment to quality, efficiency, and teamwork
