Salary range: $50,000-55,000 - depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Supply Chain Purchasing:
- Support the retail supply chain operations.
- Ensure optimal inventory levels and monitor supply chain activities.
- Forecast inventory requirements.
- Familiarity with Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
- Work with contract manufacturers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain delivery schedule for incoming shipments.
- Be involved in supply agreement and pricing negotiations.
- Create and update Standard Operating procedures.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in sales, purchasing, or related administrative roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to adhere to Company SOPs in a quality-oriented environment.
- Capacity to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
