Job Summary
The Buyer handles daily purchasing, supplier relationships, and inventory management. This role ensures that procurement activities align with company policies while supporting the Production and Maintenance departments. The objective is to maintain optimal stock levels, meet business needs, and minimize costs.
Qualifications
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field.
OR
· Experience: 0-2 years of experience in procurement, inventory control, or supply chain management preferred.
Required Skills/Abilities
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel proficiency preferred).
· Experience with WorkWise ERP or similar ERP/MRP software.
· Strong negotiation and communication skills.
· Attention to detail and proactive issue resolution.
· Interest in growing within a rapidly expanding company.
· A love of cheese!
This is a first shift, Monday-Friday, onsite role offering salary $55-60k/year, depending on experience and 10% bonus potential.
