Job Description
Bookkeeper
Furst is looking for a temp to hire Bookkeeper to work in a long-term care facility near Rockton. The Bookkeeper will support various accounting tasks. The Bookkeeper position will work onsite in Rockton, IL but will be supported by an offsite accounting firm.
Hours: 8am to 5pm, but could flex to part-time hours, if neededPay: Dependent upon experienceBenefits when hired in: Health insurance, dental, vision, short-term disability, life insurance

Bookkeeper Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Bookkeeping
- Pay bills
- Submit payroll
- Handle billing
- Enter invoices
- Run checks
- Generating reports
- Previous accounting experience
- Able to work well independently
- Experience with MS Excel for reconciliations and petty cash tracking
- Experience with tracking and entering payroll information
- MAS-90 or Sage experience helpful but not required
