Direct hire Customer Service Representative Leading company in the packaging industry is hiring a Customer Service Rep to join their team. This is a Direct Hire opportunity at an established family-owned company in Machesney Park. Customer Service Rep Hours: 8am to 4:30pm, Mon-Fri Customer Service Rep Pay: $18.00-$25.00/hour DOE Customer Service Responsibilities:· Answer phones and direct calls· Filing, faxing, scanning, copying, etc.· Assist Customers or refer to another staff member Customer Service Requirements:· Bilingual in English/Spanish (preferred)· Proficient in Microsoft Suite· Computer literate, strong data entry skills· Customer service experience We are looking for an organized quick learner to step in and handle the tasks outlined above.
