Bilingual Administrative Assistant needed for busy Tax/Accounting office! The Bilingual Administrative Assistant will work Monday through Friday 10am to 6pm plus some Saturdays during peaks times Bilingual Administrative Assistant essential duties include: -Bilingual (Fluent in both English & Spanish Read/Write) -Manage and update tax database -Highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities -Assist with administrative tasks and provide administrative support -File & organize important client & business tax records -Demonstrates ability to handle information in a sensitive and confidential manner -Bookkeeping experience preferred -Proficient in Typing -Proficiency with QuickBooks Online & Desktop, Microsoft Word & Excel, Intuit Pro Series -Eager to learn new technical skill sets and excellent problem solving skills -Professionalism and commitment to exceptional client service -Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of client's personal information -Provide IRS phone call support -Be flexible and open for weekly team meetings & continuing education/trainings provided by Computax -Generate business growth and meet important deadlines  Wage depends on Experience-$15-$16 per hour Interested in applying for this great team?
